COLD SMOKED SALMON

Available as Long-sliced or D-cut, our superior quality oak-smoked salmon is available in all pack sizes and formats

D-cut sliced sides

D-cut sliced sides, available as fixed-weight 1kg or catch weight sides 0.9-1.4kgs, skinless or laid-back on the skin. We also offer fixed slice weight packs and sides, with unrivalled accuracy of slice weight +/-1g, for ultimate portion control.

d-CUT SLICED PACKS

D-cut sliced packs 100g, 200g, 400g or any specific customer required size can be produced. 

LONG SLICED SIDES

Long-sliced sides, available as fixed- or catch-weight, with or without skin. Available in 0.9-1.4kg, 1kg or 900g sides as standard. Any particular customer requirement can be produced.

LONG SLICED PACKS

Long-sliced packs, available as fixed-weight, without skin. Available in 1kg,  900g, 800g, 500g, 200g & 100g as standard. Any particular customer requirement can be produced.

ROYAL FILLET

The finest cut of smoked salmon. A skinless, boneless Sashimi-grade loin, cut from the leanest part of the fillet. Left as a whole loin for the customer to cut to their preferred size. Our Royal Fillet is truly fit for a King.


HOT SMOKED SALMON

Available as whole sides, portions and flakes in a variety of pack sizes

Hot-smoked sides

Hot smoked  salmon sides, smoked and cooked, ready to eat. A firmer, flakier texture than cold- smoked salmon.

Hot smoked salmon portions, individually packed for convenient storage and portion control.

hot smoked flakes

Skinless, boneless hot smoked salmon flakes in convenient 500g packs. Cooked and ready to eat. Ideal for salads, sandwich fillings or as an ingredient for fish cakes, quiches etc.

Roast salmon sides (not smoked), cut into precise weight portions, available skin on or skinless.

COLD SMOKED SALMON SPECIALITIES

Extra- smoked and flavoured sides and portions

paper-wrapped traditional smoked salmon side

Our Traditional cure and heavily smoked side of salmon, unsliced and wrapped in paper to subtly alter the texture and absorb some of the natural oils of the salmon.

BEETROOT CURED SMOKED SALMON SIDES

Available as an Unsliced side or D-cut 0.9-1.4kg side.

BEETROOT CURED SMOKED SALMON portions

Skinless, boneless 200g portions, individually vacuum packed. Ideal for slicing to desired thickness by customer.

BLACK TREACLE CURED SMOKED SALMON SIDE

Traditional smoked salmon side, cured in black treacle. Ideal for slicing to desired thickness by customer.

GRAVADLAX CURED SALMON SIDES

Our twist on the traditional Scandinavian favourite, carefully cured with salt, sugar, spices and dill weed. Available as D-cut sliced sides.

PASTRAMI CURED SALMON SIDES

A skinless, boneless fillet of salmon, dry-cured in a blend of salt, sugar, herbs and spices. Available as D-cut sliced sides.


OTHER SPECIES

SMOKED FJORD TROUT sides

A skinless, boneless fillet of Fjord Trout. Available as D-cut sliced sides.
